I, too, own a GORGEOUS pair of electric blue shoes, by Charles David… the only part of your requirements they don’t meet is the “not over 2-inch heel” part, but I love them. Good luck in your search!

What a great idea for your something blue!
JenBun, we may have similar electric blue shoes by Charles David!!! Mine are about 4″. LOVE THEM, but totally don’t get to wear them enough! I should change that!
