– Sun! Sun, sun, sun, sunny sun. I am going outside as soon as I’m done writing this.
– The 30 Day Shred is getting easier. I’m about a week in and already notice a difference in my arms and stamina. I hear Level 2 has a lot of planks, though. I’m not too thrilled about that.
– I had birthday cake last night. I love birthday cake.
– SUN.
– Yesterday, I bought the CUTEST little outfit for my friend’s son. It made my ovaries dance in a million circles.
– My sister is staying till Tuesday.
– Kodiak appears to have Lyme as we suspected. This isn’t good news, but it is treatable and therefor not something majorly scary. In addition to his antibiotics, we gave him a pain pill last night that seemed to bring him back to his old self.
– It’s not raining. So there’s sun. Did I mention the sun? No? Well, it’s sunny!!!!!

Ok, what makes me smile…The sun coming through dripping wet trees after it rained this morning. The baby birds nest somewhere outside my office window. Fresh cut green grass (Ahhh!!!) And finally…Im going out to dinner tonight with one of my closest friends. Happy Friday everyone!!! 😉

I’ve finally gotten to the point where Level 2 doesn’t kill me. I’ve tried Level 3 twice, and hoo boy! Is that a treat! Major planks there.
I’m definitely shredded with Jillian, but I still have moments where I think she’s the devil incarnate.
YAY! for sun. My mood was immediately good when, upon opening my eyes this morning, I saw blue sky. BLUE! Woo-hoo!
What else made me smile today? Getting a picture message from my Man Friend of a bunch of beautiful flowers. I told him last night that I got a pot of flowers from a student for Teacher Appreciation Week and he said, “I was upstaged by a first grader.”
I love the picture message more than the pot of flowers, but for a totally different reason.

Re: Kodiak & Lyme… Alex had(has) it too. The antibiotics worked well, but don’t be discouraged if round 1 doesn’t help. She improved on round 2. And she improved greatly when we put her pills in a peanut butter sandwich. To this day, she becomes immediately ‘frisky’ when the peanut butter comes out of the cupboard!
